WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You can request a return for eligible item/s within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all item/s must be in their original, unworn, unused and resalable condition. This includes tags attached, original packaging, and no signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant marks, stains, strong odours, pet hair, or damage.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused and sent back to you.

RETURN OPTIONS

If your return meets the above requirements, we can offer one of the below options:

A refund for the amount paid for the returned item/s, excluding original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or return postage.

A store credit for the amount paid for the returned item/s. Store credits do not expire.

An exchange for an alternative size or style, subject to stock availability. If there is a price difference, we may issue a store credit for the returned item/s so you can place a new order.

Please note, orders purchased using a discount code or promotional offer are eligible for a store credit or exchange only for change of mind returns.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at hello@forgedliftwear.com.au with your order number and the item/s you would like to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item/s.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item.

If we are able to facilitate an exchange, FORGED Liftwear will cover the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@forgedliftwear.com.au.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

If you have purchased using Afterpay, you can still request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets our return requirements.

For change of mind returns on Afterpay orders, we can offer an exchange or store credit, subject to stock availability and approval.

Please note, your Afterpay payment schedule will continue while your return is being sent back to us and processed. It is the customer’s responsibility to continue making Afterpay payments on time, as Afterpay may charge late fees for missed payments.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your approved exchange or store credit as soon as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives back to us.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@forgedliftwear.com.au.

Please include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details so we can assess the issue and help resolve it quickly.

If an item has been damaged due to misuse, general wear and tear, incorrect washing, or not following care instructions, FORGED Liftwear may not be able to provide a refund, exchange, or repair.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will let you know the next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, or with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only for change of mind returns, provided they meet our return requirements.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale, promotional, or discounted items.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect sale item, please contact us at hello@forgedliftwear.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

If your order included a free gift and you return your order for a refund, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

If you return your item for an exchange or store credit, you are welcome to keep your free gift.
