Our Origin Story:

We're Sophie and Allan, the Founders of FORGED!

Allan's love for fitness began when he was just 14 years old, and training has remained a major part of his life ever since. From studying to become a personal trainer to spending several years working in the corporate world as an accountant, the gym has always been his second home.

I'm Sophie, the creative side of FORGED. With a background in graphic design and marketing, I spent years helping other people bring their ideas to life. Now, I have turned that creativity and attention to detail towards building a brand of our own.

FORGED first began as a late-night conversation at our kitchen table. What started as Allan joking about quitting corporate life to open a gym eventually became the FORGED Fitness Studio, followed by our larger, strength-focused FORGED Fitness Factory.

Our Vision:

As our gyms grew, so did the FORGED brand. FORGED Liftwear was created from our shared love of training and our desire to design clothing that we genuinely wanted to wear. Pieces that feel comfortable, look good and perform properly, whether you are training, running errands or simply living your everyday life.

We understand how important it is to feel confident in what you wear. We are not interested in creating clothing simply because it is trending. We want to create reliable, flattering and functional pieces that earn a permanent place in your wardrobe.

Quality was paramount. After rigorous sampling and alterations to ensure the fits were right, we were really happy with our custom designs, choices of materials (high gsm 100% cotton and purposeful blends) and the finishing touches that might go unnoticed (quality hemwork and fine embroidery).

Our gym members need nutritional support, often complaining to us about the rising costs of supplements and the confusing amount of information available that made choosing products difficult. This is why we then developed our FORGED Nutrition line, a small range of high-quality, essential products at the right price that you can now purchase through our FORGED Liftwear store.

Our Mission:

Everything behind FORGED has been built from the ground up by us, guided by our own ideas, standards and experiences. We'll continue to create and supply you with quality, useful products and supplements that provide you with maximum value and help you feel comfortable and confident.
